Right to Know Request
As a local government agency, the Northumberland County Conservation District is subject to Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law. This page provides detailed information on submitting a request.
In order to request information under the Right-to-Know law, complete the Right-to-Know Request Form and submit it. All Right-to-Know requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal or anonymous requests will not be accepted.
